Turn customer-owned solar, batteries and smart loads into capacity your network can use.
Across the wires you manage, customer-installed solar and batteries have built up into a sizeable pool of dispatchable capacity. Combined with smart loads, such as geysers and EV chargers, this provides a resource for shaping your supply-demand profile. Most of it sits idle from a system perspective: producing and storing on its own schedule, not on yours. The opportunity is to bring that capacity into your operating picture and use it.
Enerchy is the platform that lets you do that, on a voluntary basis, with the customers who own the assets. We group enrolled systems into Virtual Power Plants by busbar, congestion point, load-shedding zone or any other boundary that makes sense for you, and dispatch them to your signals. We work with multiple inverter brands and we reconcile payment to the participating customers. You get a single interface and a fleet you can call on.
What this looks like in practice: peak shaving on the feeders that need it, smoother ramps through the evening, dynamic response when local congestion or voltage events appear, and the option to defer the upgrades you'd otherwise be planning around them.
This works whether you're a licensed distributor, a municipality, a property estate with its own reticulation, or a microgrid operator serving a defined community.
